I was a single mom living in Sacramento when I fell in love with wine. I started taking trips to the Napa Valley to wine taste, learn about wine, and to enjoy the beautiful hiking areas. In 2000, while on a girls trip, I went to Ana’s Cantina in St. Helena. I sent a beer to the handsome man with great shoulders who was sitting at the bar. I married that man (Eric), moved to Napa, and we have been together over 20 years.

In 2008, I took a Jeep tour in the Santa Barbara wine country with my niece. I had never had so much fun on a wine tour! Being a former Jeep girl, I proclaimed a tipsy “Oprah aha moment”, came home to Napa and started Hidden Napa Jeep Tours. Our focus is on supporting family-owned wineries that are off the “tourist track” of the Napa Valley, which are the same wineries we enjoy on our own and with friends.
